Job Summary

As a Fully Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals. You will be the face of our organization, providing top-notch customer service and support while working in a dynamic, 24/7 contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.

• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
