The Role

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering work orders into our computer system for scheduling purposes, based on direction from our dental office for each case
• Contacting accounts with any delivery conflicts
• Organizing work throughout the lab and delivering to departments
• Verifying the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket, and other applicable notes
• Assisting with FedEx, UPS, and USPS
• Answering the telephone and providing customer service when needed
• Assisting with nightly cleanup of the area as required
• Performing all other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Enter work orders into our computer system for scheduling purposes, based on direction from our dental office for each case

• Organization: Organize work throughout the lab and deliver to departments
• Verification: Verify the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing the prescription, work ticket, and other applicable notes
• Logistics: Assist with FedEx, UPS, and USPS
• Customer Service: Answer the telephone and provide customer service when needed
• Maintenance: Assist with nightly cleanup of the area as required

Knowledge & Skills

* Basic functional computer, printer, fax, postage machine, and credit card processing machines

• Verbally communicate with all levels of staff
• Ability to work efficiently with department to complete daily requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Education

* High School or Equivalent or better
