The Role

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help us deliver exceptional patient care. Your primary duties will include:

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage physician calendars, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide administrative support to physicians and the clinic, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Communicate with patients regarding appointments, information, and billing processes.
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized remote workspace, adhering to careerzynith's data security and confidentiality policies.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Proven experience in data entry or virtual assistant roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
