Growth & Activation Product Manager, Shopping (Remote-Eligible)

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and activation of our shopping products, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives. This position is remote-eligible, allowing for a flexible and dynamic work environment. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and activation of Capital One's shopping products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering, and data analytics, to ensure alignment and execution of product goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the shopping landscape. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and customer feedback. Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key initiatives and timelines for the shopping team. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. Utilize agile methodologies to manage and prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features. Monitor and analyze product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Keep abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform product strategy. Act as a subject matter expert on shopping products, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption. Manage and cultivate relationships with external partners and vendors to support product development and growth. Continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize the shopping experience for customers. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering open communication and idea-sharing.
