Account Executive - Hospitality Software

About you: You enjoy building relationships and helping customers find solutions that genuinely make their working lives easier. You’re comfortable having confident, friendly conversations and you know how to guide a sale from first contact through to close. At Access, we’ll support you to grow your skills, take ownership of your pipeline and play a meaningful part in a collaborative sales team. Day‑to‑day, you will: Find and qualify new opportunities through a mix of inbound leads and outbound prospecting. Manage your own sales pipeline, working towards personal targets and contributing to wider team goals. Grow revenue within existing customer accounts through referrals and product expansion. Keep your customer activity and forecasts up to date using our customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools. Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience in a software as a service (SaaS) sales environment. Confidence running the full sales process, from first conversation to close. An understanding of the hospitality or food and beverage sector. A proactive approach to learning and developing your sales skills. What are we all about?
