Admin Support / Receptionist

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

E-logic is seeking a professional, highly polished Receptionist to serve as the face and first line of security at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) personnel. Managing our primary or secondary reception desks, you will interact directly with high-level government officials and international visitors, issuing security badges and routing communications seamlessly. You will also handle facility work orders and inventory tracking to ensure an immaculate, functional environment. This position is strictly 100% onsite at USTDA Headquarters in Arlington, VA; telework is not permitted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the main multi-line telephone switchboard system; answering, screening, and routing high-volume inquiries with extreme discretion and courtesy.
  • Monitor the main reception lobby, screen arriving visitors against security rosters, and properly issue building credential/visitor badges.
  • Coordinate incoming central inbox inquiries, flagging or forwarding time-critical messages to appropriate agency points of contact.
  • Track, audit, and log inventory baselines for general office supplies, organizing restocking orders when necessary.
  • Oversee and submit official facility work orders or building maintenance requests through dedicated internal tracking applications.
  • Keep the main lobby, reception space, and immediate waiting lounges pristine, welcoming, and compliant with visitor safety profiles.

Requirements

  • Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, switchboard operator, or corporate administrative assistant.
  • High school diploma required (higher education preferred).
  • Superb verbal communication, task triage skills, and professional demeanor under high-volume circumstances.
