Este es un rol dinámico y multifuncional en el que serás clave para mantener las operaciones diarias en marcha: gestionando comunicaciones, coordinando proyectos y asegurando que todo fluya correctamente. 🎯 Responsabilidades: Gestión de correo e inbox: Organizar, filtrar y responder correos de manera profesional y oportuna Gestión de agenda: Coordinar reuniones, resolver conflictos de calendario y priorizar actividades Prospección y outreach: Realizar generación de leads y llamadas outbound con seguridad y profesionalismo Coordinación de proyectos: Dar seguimiento a entregables, coordinar con clientes y asegurar avances Comunicación con clientes: Ser el punto de contacto cercano y confiable, facilitando el progreso de cada interacción Resolución de problemas diarios: Manejar tareas administrativas y resolver incidencias de forma autónoma ✅ Requisitos: 1–2+ años de experiencia en roles administrativos o de asistencia Inglés avanzado Excelente comunicación telefónica, actitud positiva y cercana Alta organización y gestión del tiempo Manejo de herramientas como Microsoft Word y Excel Proactividad y capacidad de trabajo independiente #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote \n \n$500 - $580 a month \n
