Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across internal systems and platforms Review records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy Prepare basic operational summaries and internal reports Organize and securely maintain confidential digital records Communicate with team members via email, chat, and workflow tools Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, with strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Experience maintaining accurate digital records, reports, and operational documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accountability in a remote or hybrid setting Exposure to internal databases, CRM, or workflow tools Experience preparing operational reports, tracking KPIs, or supporting process improvement initiatives
