Affiliate Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and CPA network partners
- Track campaign performance metrics — clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI
- Onboard new affiliates and ensure they have the creative assets and links they need
- Identify top-performing offers and flag underperformers for review
- Coordinate with content and social teams to align affiliate promotions with campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance benchmarks
- Research new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks
Requirements:
- No degree required
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts is a plus — but we'll train the right person
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards
- Clear written communication — you'll interface with external partners regularly
- Self-starter who can prioritize independently without constant oversight
- Reliable internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace
