AI Automation Architect

Remote | EST Working Hours We are expanding our AI and automation initiatives and are seeking an experienced AI Automation Architect to help design, optimize, and implement scalable AI-driven operational solutions across the business. This role is ideal for someone who understands both technology and operations and can bridge the gap between business processes, automation strategy, AI tools, and scalable workflow design. You will work closely with leadership to identify operational opportunities, design intelligent workflows, improve efficiency, and help shape the future of AI-driven business operations across multiple departments and client environments. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, systems thinking, and hands-on experience working with AI tools, integrations, and workflow automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation systems Architect scalable operational processes across internal and client-facing environments Build and optimize workflow automations using AI and integration platforms Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation Integrate systems, APIs, CRMs, and operational tools Collaborate with leadership on AI strategy and implementation planning Support automation initiatives across operations, reporting, compliance, customer service, and internal systems Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and workflow improvements Assist with solution design, process mapping, and implementation planning Participate in strategic discussions, client meetings, and solution conversations where required Working Hours This role operates within EST working hours and requires consistent overlap with the U.S.-based leadership team.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience, technical background, and overall fit for the role. Requirements

Preferred Experience & Technical Background Candidates should have experience with some or all of the following: AI automation and workflow architecture API integrations and connected systems Workflow automation platforms OpenAI and Claude ecosystems Power Automate Zapier CRM systems and integrations AI-assisted operational workflows Business process optimization Automation strategy and implementation Operational systems design Experience designing scalable business automation solutions in real operational environments is highly preferred. What We’re Looking For Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Professional presence in meetings and collaborative discussions Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward Comfort working in a fast-moving and evolving AI environment Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
