The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic business environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business applications. - Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system efficiency. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Product Lifecycle Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to software support and troubleshooting. - Experience with monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly. - Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and issue tracking tools.
