- Lead the full contract lifecycle, from intake and drafting to complex deal negotiations and execution.
- Collaborate with Legal and business leads to navigate risk issues and ensure seamless policy governance.
- Optimize end-to-end processes for contract creation, approval workflows, and signature completion.
- Drive cost containment and risk mitigation for high-spend capital improvement initiatives.
- Develop and refine contract strategies, utilizing playbooks and AI-driven efficiency tools.
