We are building internal AI systems, autonomous developer workflows, agent orchestration tooling, and crypto-native products that combine software engineering, automation, and intelligent systems. This role is ideal for ambitious builders who want real startup experience working with: AI agents automation systems developer infrastructure web3 applications modern software engineering autonomous workflows Role Overview Pairty is looking for an Autonomous Systems Apprentice to help operate, improve, and build our AI-driven development and automation infrastructure. You will work directly with our engineering and product teams on: AI agent operations OpenClaw infrastructure software development automation pipelines internal tooling cloud infrastructure developer workflows web3 integrations This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you will learn by building real systems inside a fast-moving startup environment. What You’ll Work On Operating and improving OpenClaw AI agents Building internal developer tooling Supporting automation workflows Assisting with frontend and backend development Managing GitHub, CI/CD, and deployment workflows Working with APIs and databases Testing and debugging systems Researching AI and automation tools Supporting infrastructure and cloud operations Documenting systems and workflows Technologies You May Work With OpenClaw Claude / GPT / AI coding agents Next.js TypeScript React Tailwind CSS Node.js / NestJS PostgreSQL GraphQL Docker GitHub Actions AWS Vercel Web3 / Smart Contracts AI automation tooling Ideal Candidate You do NOT need to know everything already. Compensation
Compensation may include: hourly pay monthly stipend milestone bonuses token incentives future full-time opportunities Compensation depends on experience, availability, and skill level.
