What You'll Do

Assist with coordinating reservations for vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and other travel experiences Review client requests and gather information needed to support booking arrangements Research travel products, destination options, and supplier offerings through approved platforms Verify reservation details and travel information to help ensure accuracy Provide courteous and timely assistance to clients throughout the planning process Respond to inquiries regarding travel options, booking status, and service requests Help facilitate reservation changes, itinerary adjustments, and special accommodations when needed Maintain organized records of bookings, client communications, and travel documentation Participate in virtual training programs and ongoing professional development opportunities
