Brand Designer
A leading organization is hiring a *Designer - Brand* to support a remote out-of-region team. The role involves creating refined typography, executing elevated design, and providing expert photo art direction. The position is temporary, lasting approximately 10-26 weeks, with a flexible workload averaging around 30 hours per week. This opportunity is ideal for a creative professional with print design experience and a passion for brand storytelling. There is no application deadline for this role. *Designer - Brand Responsibilities:* * Develop and oversee high-end book cover concepts from initial idea to final production, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage design and production of printed materials, including layout and typesetting oversight.
- Maintain brand consistency across projects while exploring innovative ways to express brand identity.
- Demonstrate mastery of design tools, specifically InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, to produce print-ready layouts and stylesheets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail and quality standards.
*Designer - Brand Qualifications:* * At least four years of professional experience in design, advertising, or related fields.
- Proven proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, including stylesheet templates and print finishes.
- Demonstrated experience in print design, book cover art, and print production processes, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
- Prior background working with agencies and familiarity with large-scale campaigns preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with knowledge of digital, video, rich media, and emerging media disciplines.
