Care Coordinator-Evening/Overnights
Are you passionate about helping people and making a meaningful impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Care Coordinator to join our growing team. In this remote role, you'll serve as a key connection between healthcare facilities and specialty clinicians, helping ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care. You'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate communication, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to both healthcare partners and providers. What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, healthcare operations, care coordination, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for supporting patients, clinicians, and healthcare partners
- Must be able to work an evening/overnight shift between the hours of 4pm-8:30am
