Certified Construction Scheduler

Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our team in support of a newly awarded contract. This remote role requires travel and supports project schedule review and analysis activities to ensure timelines are reasonable and contract-compliant. This is a part-time on-call position. It's an estimated 200 hours of work within six months. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Review contractor CPM schedules. Assist with schedule updates and progress tracking. Review Time Impact Analyses (TIAs). Support schedule risk and delay assessments. Provide scheduling input to project reports. Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements: Required Experience: The Certified Scheduler shall have a minimum of at least five (5) years in experience in performing schedule development and analysis using P6, preferably for large federal programs, and have certification as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), or equivalent.
