About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor, capable of resolving complex client inquiries while delivering a world-class customer experience. You should be comfortable navigating CRM systems, managing customer interactions, and maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards. You will play a key role in building customer trust, driving retention, and delivering a seamless service experience, helping clients confidently navigate their insurance needs. Salary Range: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (CRM, email, phone systems)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and updates
- Assist customers with billing, payments, and account questions
- Support claims by providing guidance and status updates
- Prevent cancellations through problem resolution and retention efforts
- Manage renewals and policy reviews
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service
- Accurately document all interactions and follow compliance procedures
- Maintain productivity, quality, and service level standard
- Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and management teams
