Closing Specialist II, Vylla
Come join our amazing company and work from home! The Closing Specialist ll will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the title closing department and function as a whole. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 an hour. What you'll need:
- Complete closing tasks as directed.
- Manage the closing package process.
- Provide coverage for closer pipeline overflow.
- Ensuring accurate and timely client communication throughout the closing process.
- Responsible for completing initial fee sheets and revising fee sheets as needed.
- Assist with managing the deed requests.
- Assist with scheduling of notary appointments as needed.
- Managing the applicable closing email in-boxes and ensuring timely responses are delivered.
- Provides feedback and details to management on any internal or external issues that could identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- One (1) plus year(s) of title, settlement services/escrow or mortgage experience.
- Refinance closing experience preferred.
