Prep Academy Tutors of Southern Maryland is hiring qualified, reliable tutors to support college students near Howard University. We are looking for subject-matter experts who can help students succeed in challenging, high-demand courses. - College Algebra & Calculus
- General Chemistry (Lecture & Lab)
- Biology (Introductory & Pre-Med)
- Physics
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring (in-person or online)
- Simplify complex concepts and improve student understanding
- Help students prepare for exams and complete assignments
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Strong knowledge in at least one listed subject
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation (for in-person sessions)
