Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients across various industries
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting solutions tailored to client needs
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales progress
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively by demonstrating value and building rapport with clients
- Follow up with potential customers via telemarketing to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and lead generation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals in a commission-based environment
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and business development strategies
- Ability to work independently from home while maintaining motivation and discipline
- Prior experience in technical sales or customer service roles is a plus
