If that sounds like you, this could be the perfect next step in your nursing career. We’re looking for Registered Nurses to join our growing Community Nursing team working in the Adelaide Hills team. We are seeking nurses who can work a rotating roster AM shift 07:00am to 15:00pm and PM shift which is 14:00pm-22:00pm. As a Community Nurse you will build rapport with your clients in their homes, whilst providing care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans, including health assessments, chronic wound care and medication administration as well as providing education and support to the patient and their family. About you With previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient centred approach and can spot client deterioration. Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Current drivers’ licence & reliable vehicle 2 Years’ recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting Competent IT skills/literacy Highly regarded: PICC management Cannulation competent Experience in chronic wound care and negative pressure therapy, Continence management Paediatric experience Why join Amplar Health?
