Consulting Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities: Review and verify all signed SOW’s and Change Orders to project estimates for accuracy. Create projects in SalesForce for verified SOW’s. Update project and project budgets for verified change orders. Coordinate with and support our Project Management team, Resource Planning team, and Sales team throughout the engagement delivery cycle. Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members in SalesForce. Respond to support cases filed by stakeholders. Support our delivery team to ensure timely and accurate timecard submission. Support our contract management system (CLM). Validate data in Salesforce/Certinia using provided audit reports, update data as needed. Support our Accounting and Billing team by processing corrections to projects and timecards as needed. Backup the Accounting team on our corporate travel and expense processing systems Expensify and Navan. Recommend and implement process and automation improvements to prevent errors and gain efficiency. Synergy Timecard tracking Assist in integration tasks Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or project coordinator role. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work during US business hours. Experience in Salesforce/Certinia preferred. Excellent communication skills: you are articulate, straightforward, thoughtful and consistent. Strong attention to detail, with strong analytical skills. A passion for using technology to solve problems. A natural inclination for building and fostering relationships with clients and project teams. A love for problem-solving - you can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and can guide a team through the issue resolution process. The ability to multitask, juggling multiple concurrent streams of work and ensuring success for all of them. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Experience in Professional Services business model.
