Contract role: Alteryx Developer at Frisco, TX (Remote)
Alteryx Developer Frisco, TX (Remote) 9 Months+ Job Description:
- Design, develop, validate, and troubleshoot the ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx for analysis, forecasting, and report delivery.
- Perform data extraction/acquisition using multiple databases and querying languages (preferred) for the purpose of creating reporting results to the end user
- Demonstrate ETL skills using Alteryx to address data quality, data completeness and data management issues
- Follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy of data by following and building process documentation
- Execute data inquiries, analyze data and identify trends
- Analyze a process to document current state and propose future state
- Translate business logic from one system (Excel, SQL, etc.) into Alteryx in a quick and accurate manner
- Develop re-usable processes that can be leveraged and standardized for multiple instances
The successful candidate will have:
- 6+ years of related experience with Alteryx development and admin with Core Certification, required
- Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and adapt to change
- Must perform well in a high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
- Work directly with end users and business users to resolve workflow issues
