Corporate Travel Agent (Flexible Schedule Required)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to professionally support clients while delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards. This role requires a high degree of schedule flexibility, including potential evening, overnight, and weekend shifts based on business needs. Depending on schedule, shifts may be structured as either:

• Five 8-hour shifts, or
• Four 10-hour shifts

All schedules will include two or three consecutive days off.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements (air, car, rail, hotel, and ground transportation), overseeing all aspects from booking and ticketing to changes and exchanges.
• Interpret and apply airline contracts, private fares, and alliance programs
• Stay current on industry updates, including airline policies and partnerships
• Handle high-volume inbound calls while assisting customers with reservations and travel-related support
• Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, and productivity in alignment with company procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent experience as a corporate travel consultant
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international geography
• Recent experience with Sabre GDS (required)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and ability to quickly learn new processes
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)

Work Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, which may include:
• Evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
• Schedule will be assigned based on operational needs

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Corporate Travel Agent experience: 5 years (required)
• Sabre experience: 1 year (required)
