Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service via inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience
  • Utilizing industry-leading training and continuous education to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding performance objectives, including customer satisfaction, sales, and quality metrics
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive team success, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and consultative sales
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize multiple tasks
