Position Overview – Member Service Professional (MSP) – Centurion Lounge, SFO

The Member Service Professional (MSP) role is the face of careerzynith at the iconic Centurion Lounge in San Francisco International Airport (SFO). You will be the first point of contact for our most valued Card Members, delivering a seamless blend of hospitality, concierge expertise, and travel assistance. This position demands a passion for service excellence, an ability to anticipate and exceed member expectations, and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warm Welcome & Access Management: Greet Card Members with genuine enthusiasm, verify eligibility, and ensure swift, hassle‑free entry into the lounge.
  • End‑to‑End Experience Ownership: Take full responsibility for each member’s journey—from arrival to departure—ensuring every touchpoint reflects careerzynith’s brand promise.
  • Innovative Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve member concerns creatively, turning challenges into opportunities to deepen loyalty and advocacy.

  • Concierge & Lifestyle Guidance: Offer curated lifestyle suggestions, from dining and entertainment to wellness experiences, tailored to each member’s preferences.
  • Travel Consultation & Reservations: Provide expert travel advice, assist with flight changes, and facilitate minimal reservation services when needed.
  • Collaboration with Food & Beverage Partners: Coordinate with lounge culinary teams to accommodate dietary requests, special occasions, and seamless service flow.
  • Technology Utilization: Navigate multiple careerzynith platforms, reservation systems, and digital tools efficiently to support members in real time.
  • Team Synergy: Work closely with fellow MSPs, lounge managers, and support staff to maintain a cohesive, high‑energy environment.
  • Operational Flexibility: Adapt to dynamic lounge hours (typically 5 am – 11 pm) and respond to fluctuating passenger volumes with poise.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience serving premium or high‑net‑worth customers.
  • Demonstrated passion for proactive problem‑solving and delivering memorable service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate solutions clearly and courteously.
  • Strong listening abilities, enabling you to uncover underlying needs and provide confident, tailored recommendations.

  • Proven teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced lounge setting.
