Who You Are – Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of proven customer service experience or an equivalent military background.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and willingness to complete a drug test, background investigation, and fingerprinting.
  • Residency within a 2½‑hour commute of Rapid City, SD, to facilitate occasional on‑site training events.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including comfort with Windows or macOS environments, web browsers, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Age 18 years or older.
