Customer Support Representative (Remote)

The Good and the Beautiful is seeking a qualified individual interested in part-time work as a Customer Support Representative.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails Navigate multiple systems and programs May be assigned to social media for commenting and messages May be assigned to process refunds, vendor orders, and more Projects and assignments as needed by management Continued knowledge about products offered, inventory, website, blog details, etc.

Requirements

Knowledgeable about products offered, website, videos, blog details, etc. Proficient computer skills to access necessary programs and respond to customers in a timely manner Prior customer support experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older This is a remote position where you will need to supply your own internet and computer equipment. You must be able to commit to 3-4 uninterrupted, scheduled shifts for 5 hours in duration, per week. There are no guaranteed hours and this could be a temporary position depending on the future needs of the company. 25 maximum hours per week. We are excited to be part of a growing company.
