Data & Administrative Support Analyst (Entry-Level)

ARMStrong Insurance Services is the leading name in debt recovery and financial solutions, and they are seeking a Data & Administrative Support Analyst to join their team. This hybrid role combines data reporting responsibilities with operational and administrative support, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in business reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Run and distribute scheduled reports from internal systems
  • Write or modify basic SQL queries (training and mentorship provided)
  • Use Excel for data cleanup, formatting, and analysis (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
  • Maintain reporting accuracy and documentation
  • Support ad hoc data requests from leadership
  • Answer incoming calls and route appropriately
  • Assist with shared inbox management
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation
  • Support general administrative needs across departments

Skills

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related field
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable multi-tasking & handling multiple portfolios
  • Assisting with special projects when needed
  • Exposure to SQL (academic or internship experience acceptable)
  • Familiarity with databases or reporting systems
  • 0–2 years of professional experience
