Role Summary As a Data Analytics Consultant at Associated Bank, you will support data‑driven sales and marketing decisions by delivering actionable insights from complex data. This role partners closely with marketing and business leaders to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and business outcomes while offering strong opportunities to grow technical and consultative skills. Key Accountabilities Analyze complex sales, marketing, customer, and digital data using advanced analytics, visualization, and statistical techniques Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and measure multi‑channel campaigns and test‑and‑learn initiatives Evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness and translate results into clear insights and recommendations Support analytic solutions and models to assess customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics Develop and present insights in clear, non‑technical language for leaders and business partners Leverage internal and external data sources to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions Strengthen analytics team capabilities through effective use of data, tools, and best practices Education & Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Economics, Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience Key Accountabilities Analyze complex sales, marketing, customer, and digital data using advanced analytics, visualization, and statistical techniques Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and measure multi‑channel campaigns and test‑and‑learn initiatives Evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness and translate results into clear insights and recommendations Support analytic solutions and models to assess customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics Develop and present insights in clear, non‑technical language for leaders and business partners Leverage internal and external data sources to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions Strengthen analytics team capabilities through effective use of data, tools, and best practices Education & Experience Required 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, database marketing, or market research Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau Experience with forecasting, segmentation, and profitability analysis Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights Preferred Master’s degree in a related analytical or business field Experience working in cloud data environments such as Snowflake, AWS, or Hadoop Experience supporting marketing analytics within financial services or similar industries Why You’ll Love Working Here At Associated Bank, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams focused on innovation, growth, and making a meaningful impact for our customers and communities.
