Data Entry Agent (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Agent to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks while supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems
  • Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records
  • Generate basic reports as required
  • Follow company data entry procedures and quality standards
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding data issues or discrepancies

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven data entry experience preferred but not required
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, or similar tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic written communication skills

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
  • Part-Time: Flexible or reduced hours based on business needs
