Design Engineer I
R&R Engineers-Surveyors, Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer I to work on land development projects across Colorado. The role involves performing engineering calculations, preparing construction documents, and collaborating with experienced engineers and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Perform engineering calculations for grading, drainage, and utilities
- Assist in preparing construction documents using Civil 3D
- Support development of site plans and surface models
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers
- Assist with stormwater design and drainage reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Skills
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Experience with Civil 3D or AutoCAD
- Strong communication + problem-solving skills
- EIT preferred (not required)
