Project Description The project focuses on deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations for the client’s hosted contact center automation platform. The DevOps Deployment Engineer will work with technically complex environments, supporting application installations, upgrades, releases, hot fixes, and service packs across development, testing, and production. The role involves close collaboration with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support infrastructure automation, and ensure reliable monitoring, alerting, and logging for production environments. What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain automated deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions in collaboration with the DevSecOps team; Support product releases, hot fixes, and service pack deployments across development, testing, and production environments; Improve deployment processes and systems to increase efficiency, scalability, and reliability; Participate in the implementation of monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance; Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues; Document deployment processes, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and consistency; Stay up to date with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation best practices; Job Requirements 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or a similar role, with a focus on deployment automation and infrastructure management; Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell; Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; Solid experience working with as AWS cloud infrastructure; Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef; Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed environments; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; English level: B2 or higher; What Do We Offer The global benefits package includes: Technical and non-technical training for professional and personal growth; Internal conferences and meetups to learn from industry experts; Support and mentorship from an experienced employee to help you professional grow and development; Health insurance; English courses; Sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle; Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities; Referral program for bringing in new talent; Work anniversary program and additional vacation days.
