Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Digital Marketing Coordinator in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Supplemental Benefits business segment by executing critical tasks required to go to market with new products and initiatives that support the aggressive channel growth goals established by the business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy, this role will support the Digital Marketing Advisor in maintaining the Supplemental Benefits pages on the public website and the shopping portal and enrollment platform to generate sales for Medicare Supplement insurance and additional supplemental insurance products including Cancer, Heart, Accident, Hospital Indemnity and Whole Life. Responsibilities:
- Prepare assets and manage submissions for compliance review and state filing
- Work closely with compliance and state filing teams to ensure assets adhere to the compliance/filing checklist
- Manage and respond to all state filing objections in a timely manner
- Gather all necessary information from a variety of sources to create mockups for state filing
- Manage the creation of deployment details for the development team
- Responsible for creating a high volume of pdf mockups and supporting documents
- Maintain the digital filing master document with timely updates on Confluence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Skilled in Adobe Acrobat file editing
- Familiarity with Confluence a plus
- Health insurance and/or Medicare industry experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
- Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task/juggle multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent attention to detail a must
