Summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a forward-thinking Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead the design and implementation of AI solutions, with a focus on applying emerging technologies, such as Generative AI (GenAI), to enhance healthcare delivery and optimize operations. Your role in our mission Drive the development of AI-powered solutions, incorporating GenAI for applications like chatbots, documentation tools, and predictive analytics. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into Gainwell’s platforms, ensuring scalability and alignment with client needs. Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Establish best practices for AI and GenAI deployment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Stay informed about advancements in AI, exploring opportunities to incorporate them into Gainwell’s offerings. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 3+ years working on GenAI or related technologies. Experience integrating AI solutions in healthcare or government systems is a plus. What you should expect in this role Fully Remote Opportunity – Work from anywhere in the U.S. Minimal Travel Required – Occasional travel opportunities (0-10%). Opportunity to Work on Cutting-Edge AI Solutions in a mission-driven healthcare technology environment. The pay range for this position is $186,100.00 - $265,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
