  • Serve as the data SME for internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance examinations, preparing documentation and responding to inquiries with precision.
  • Participate in RFP responses and Statement of Work (SOW) development for new data‑related contracts, articulating careerzynith’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Operate within a matrix environment, delivering shared responsibility for data initiatives across drug manufacturer, payer, and health‑system partners.
  • Oversee channel segment performance and profitability, translating data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating careerzynith’s data strategy, product roadmap, and compliance posture.
  • Lead the delivery and support of existing and new analytics products, collaborating with external vendors to provide data and insights to pharmaceutical and payer partners.
  • Partner closely with the IT organization to design, test, and implement solutions that enhance current regulatory data delivery services and analytics offerings.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks, guaranteeing consistent execution of approved partner services.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members through leadership, training, and execution of strategic projects, fostering confidence, motivation, and resilience.
  • Drive communication and adoption of data initiatives, ensuring that changes are identified, communicated, documented, and tracked to meet compliance and project governance standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience contributing to financial solutions within a healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience managing complex projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
