Job Description

Career.aliyucares is actively seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Ecommerce Manager to lead our digital sales channels. This pivotal remote role offers the opportunity to drive significant growth, optimize online customer experiences, and shape our overall e-commerce strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online store operations, from product listing and merchandising to conversion rate optimization, digital marketing integration, and customer journey enhancements. We're looking for an individual with a proven track record of increasing online revenue, deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize product catalogs, ensuring accurate listings, compelling content, and effective merchandising.
  • Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including UX/UI, performance, security, and integration with other systems.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) in collaboration with marketing teams to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze website performance data, conduct A/B testing, and implement strategies for continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Manage customer service inquiries related to online orders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product launches.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) models.
  • Proven expertise with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Demonstrable experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and collaborating in a remote environment.
  • Project management abilities, with a track record of launching successful online initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with international e-commerce operations and multi-currency platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and personalization strategies.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant e-commerce technologies.
  • Proficiency in Italian is a plus, but not required.
