EHS Compliance Specialist

Conduct thorough and regular audits of company facilities to ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant EHS laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a safe and sustainable work environment Monitor and analyze data related to EHS performance and develop strategies for improvement Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all EHS-related inquiries and issues Communicate with regulatory agencies as necessary and ensure timely and accurate reporting of all required EHS information Conduct investigations into EHS incidents and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to EHS compliance and incorporate them into company policies and procedures Train and educate employees at all levels on EHS regulations and best practices Proactively identify potential EHS risks and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
