Elder Care / Geriatric Care Experts
We're building a tool focused on helping people navigate elder care e.g. Medicaid, POA, facility selection, debt, and everything in between. We are looking for subject matter experts to help create and review content for an initial project covering state guides. There is no guarantee of ongoing work, though strong performers may be considered for future projects.
- *Who we're looking for:**
- Elder law attorneys (especially licensed in NY, FL, CA, TX, or PA) - Geriatric care managers or social workers - RNs or nurse practitioners with elder care experience - Financial planners specializing in Medicaid or estate planning - Experienced family caregivers who have navigated the system firsthand
- *What the work looks like:**
- Reviewing state guides for factual accuracy - Writing or co-writing original content - Flagging outdated information as laws and thresholds change
- *What we care about most:**
Accuracy and accessibility. We need people who can explain complex topics in plain language that is still engaging and informative, not clinical, not condescending, just clear.
