Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About careerzynith

careerzynith is a pioneering technology company dedicated to transforming the way schools and families manage student transportation. Born from the real‑world challenges faced by three working parents who needed reliable, safe, and flexible rides for their children, careerzynith has grown into a market‑leading provider of supplemental student transportation and routing software. Our mission is to empower every student with seamless access to educational and extracurricular opportunities, regardless of where they live or the complexity of their schedule. By combining cutting‑edge routing algorithms, rigorous safety standards, and a community‑focused approach, careerzynith creates a trusted marketplace where caregivers, schools, and drivers collaborate to keep children moving safely.

Why This Role Matters

At careerzynith, compliance isn’t just a box to check—it’s the cornerstone of trust that underpins our entire platform. As a Customer Support Specialist on the CareDriver Compliance Team, you will be the guardian of that trust. You’ll ensure that every driver (referred to as a CareDriver) meets the highest national and local safety standards, helping to protect the children who rely on our service every day. This entry‑level position offers a unique launchpad for a career in compliance, safety, and operations within a fast‑growing, venture‑backed organization.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Compliance Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Support, Operations, and Product teams to monitor, audit, and enforce compliance policies across multiple markets. You will be the first line of defense against non‑compliant activity, using a blend of investigative skill, data analysis, and compassionate communication to keep our driver community safe and productive. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while collaborating with a diverse, mission‑driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Monitoring: Continuously review CareDriver activities, vehicle registrations, and documentation to ensure alignment with national and local regulations.
  • Audit Execution: Conduct regular audits of driver profiles, vehicle insurance, background checks, and short‑term rental agreements.
  • Vehicle Verification: Validate that all CareDriver vehicles meet safety standards, including new vehicle onboarding and short‑term rental compliance.
  • Account Management: Pause, reactivate, or deactivate CareDriver accounts based on compliance status, documenting each decision with clear, concise reports.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and interpret compliance reports using Excel and Tableau, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
  • Support Interaction: Respond to driver and rider inquiries via phone and email, providing timely, empathetic assistance while upholding policy standards.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Support and Operations teams to resolve complex compliance questions and improve overall platform health.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and decision‑making timelines.
  • Safety Advocacy: Champion safety best practices, using investigative skills to make critical decisions that protect passengers and drivers alike.
  • Confidentiality & Documentation: Maintain strict confidentiality while reviewing accounts, and produce detailed written reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Education & Outreach: Educate drivers and riders on compliance expectations, fostering a culture of safety and responsibility within the careerzynith ecosystem.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to ad‑hoc compliance initiatives, process improvements, and safety campaigns as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • 6–12 months of hands‑on experience in a compliance‑focused role, preferably within transportation, logistics, or a regulated industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Exceptional analytical and investigative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, maintaining productivity and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 1 year of direct customer support experience via phone and email, showcasing strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Background in advocacy, crisis management, mediation, or e‑commerce customer service, indicating comfort with high‑stakes interactions.
  • Experience navigating change management in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented settings.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar data‑visualization tools (a plus).
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks such as FMCSA, state transportation statutes, or similar standards.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Communication: Clear, concise, and empathetic written and verbal communication, especially when explaining complex policies to non‑technical audiences.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to assess situations quickly, weigh evidence, and make sound decisions that balance safety with operational efficiency.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort with proprietary compliance tools, CRM platforms, and data‑driven dashboards.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams across different time zones.
  • Ethical Judgment: Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and the highest ethical standards.

Training, Development & Career Growth

careerzynith invests heavily in the professional development of its employees. As a new hire, you will receive a comprehensive onboarding program that covers our platform architecture, compliance policies, and the proprietary tools you’ll use daily. Ongoing training includes weekly knowledge‑sharing sessions, access to industry certifications, and mentorship from senior compliance leaders. Within 12–18 months, high‑performing specialists can progress to senior compliance analyst roles, compliance team lead positions, or transition into related areas such as risk management, product safety, or operations strategy.
