We are in the business of providing state-of-the-art administrative support services and customized care solutions to manage policies and claims. CHCS Supports some of the largest senior market insurance companies in the world. Processing hundreds of thousands of claims every year. Job Summary The Scheduling Coordinator position plays an integral role in the success of our assessments service. You will become a subject matter expert of Wellcove’s products, with the explanation of our assessment processes to be able to facilitate LTC assessments. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to complete assessment scheduling Answering inbound phone calls for messages left from outbound calls Each day, handling a total of at least 50 phone calls (a combination of inbound and outbound calls) Receiving a score of 85% or greater on QA scores (2 completed each month) Not exceeding 30-minute meal and break times daily Averaging 25% or less on After Call Work Time Team collaboration Other projects as defined Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent computer skills including, proficient with Microsoft office applications, Adobe Acrobat Ability to work remotely and independently. Display a positive ‘can do’/customer-first attitude. Excellent communication skills and appropriate etiquette, great phone manners, and ability to speak with a wide range of personalities. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of the English language in oral and written forms. Willing to learn new duties and technology-related skills as required. Collaborative team spirit. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Physical Requirements: Sedentary work. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
