Job Description

The Exclusive Agency (EA) Marketing Program Management Senior Consultant II supports the planning, development, and execution of complex and large-scale marketing programs designed for Allstate EAs to help them successfully increase awareness, drive consideration, and grow profitably within their local market

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing programs designed to support Exclusive Agency marketing plans Lead end-to-end program planning from concepts and pilot design, launch, and optimization Contribute to the design of strategies to drive growth and retention through collaboration with internal partners and external vendors overseeing onboarding, scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables Manage multiple, complex marketing projects, including developing detailed project plans and timelines Create and deliver educational resources, communications and presentations designed to ensure awareness and adoption of programs amongst varied stakeholder groups Analyze and report on program performance using insights to modify or improve future programs Facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing campaigns Experience

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 68,500.00 - 115,600.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
