Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to type accurately at a speed of 30 words per minute or higher
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other data management systems
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
  • Certification in data entry or administrative support (e.g., Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES))
