Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Professional at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Accurately entering data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Processing data work between account managers and clients, maintaining confidentiality and security of all data
  • Verifying data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors in data entry
  • Ensuring data integrity by performing regular checks and audits
  • Working with a dedicated team to ensure timely data entry and support
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, Calendly, and other software programs
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While prior experience is not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in using other software programs, such as CRM systems or accounting software
  • Experience working in a remote team environment
