Key Responsibilities

As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll have the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of functions, including

  • Rotating through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport to gain a comprehensive understanding of the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport.
  • Effectively navigating through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
  • Interacting with high-profile passengers and building strong relationships with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
  • Participating in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.
  • Collaborating with your team to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need

  • To be at least 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • To be eligible to work in the United States.
  • To be proficient in English, with Japanese language skills a plus.
  • To have basic computer skills and be comfortable using technology to perform tasks.
  • To be able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to unforeseen situations.
  • To possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Knowledge of airport operations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with airline industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
