Job Summary

As an Airline Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to domestic and international airlines at JFK International Airport. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with high-profile passengers, port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to domestic and international airlines at JFK International Airport

  • Rotate through various areas within the airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, and arrivals
  • Effectively navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
  • Professionally interact with high-profile passengers, port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel
  • Partner with our teams to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
  • Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport and develop a deep understanding of the airline industry
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • English proficient, with other languages a plus
  • Computer savvy
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
