What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Govt Public Trust Clearance, you will be working remotely to support US residents during times of need. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions via various communication channels, including voice, email, or chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries with active listening and resolving customer issues with patience and understanding
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve customer experience goals and objectives

What You Bring to the Role

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Computer experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • US citizenship
  • High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
  • A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Technology and Tools

careerzynith will provide you with the necessary technology and tools to perform your job duties, including:

  • A computer to be used for the duration of the project
  • High-speed internet access
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
  • A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.)
