Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Fluency in two languages (English and another language, such as Spanish, French, or Mandarin)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Freshdesk or Help Scout
