About the Role

In this role, you will be the face of our organization, connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds and providing solutions to their unique challenges.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing information about SNAP EBT transactions to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools and platforms
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
  • Striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
  • Working within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays

What We Look for in a Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual requirement: fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions and constant sedentary work
  • Computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience
  • Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us

Work at Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and distraction-free work experience, we require:

  • High-speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router (no satellite or hotspot) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
  • WiFi must be turned off at all times
  • Windows Updates must be current
  • A private and distraction-free home workspace with the ability to close a door
